Trust Wallet is the best mobile app for storing crypto assets.
It deals with four primary types of tokens (i.e. Bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance and Smart Chain).
Newer coins in these categories might not have made their way to the list of tokens supported by Trust Wallet.
This means that, when you add any of these unknown assets, they won’t reflect in your wallet balance.
However, you can face problems trying to add an unfamiliar token to the decentralized crypto wallet.

In other words, to add a custom token on your Trust Wallet, you will first have to find its contract address on CoinMarketCap.
Follow these steps below to get a custom token added to your Trust Wallet safely:
- Go-to CoinMarketCap website
- Click the search icon at the top bar
- Input name of the token you want to add
- Click on the token to view its details
- Navigate to the bottom of the page
- Click copy icon next to ‘Contracts’ option
- Now open your Trust Wallet app
- Click search icon at the top of the screen
- Search for the cryptocurrency token
- Click ‘Add Custom Token’ option on the list
- Select the appropriate blockchain network
- Then paste the token contract address
- Enter name and other details of the token
