How to Convince Someone to Invest in Crypto

Best Way Convince Friends Invest Crypto

Convincing your friend to invest in crypto requires special techniques.

It’s easy to convince someone to invest in a Bitcoin business, but they’ll need to believe that they will never loose their money.

So why then is it so hard for us to get our clients to become even mildly as enthusiastic as we are?

This short article aims to cover the five ways to bringing people into the crypto investment revolution, which can make you huge income.

Let’s begin.

Shall we…?

How to convince a client to invest

Below are ways you should be using when convincing someone to start investing into either Bitcoin, Ethereum or any Altcoin.

1. Be patient

Not only new terminologies and technology, but this subject challenges beliefs people have had all their lives.

Most of us don’t get it, the first time we heard about cryptocurrency investment.

I know it’s exciting and you want to tell everyone, but focus on little chunks and find out the areas peak your clients curiosity and focus on those parts.

In a way, us earlier adopters had it much easier, because back then most of the information out there on the net was actually useful.

Now a newbie has to sort through the ocean of rubbish, click bait and scams online with the hope to get correct information, but on the opposite is what they find.

Now, you have that chance to give your clients time to absorb the information, and encourage them to continue the discussion with you later.

2. Never argue

We have heard every argument against cryptocurrency 100 times before, and we waste no time in correcting our mistakes.

Even though we’re doing a fantastic thing by showing our clients the reality, more often than not, the other person feels like we are attacking their views.

Coming at people’s’ beliefs like a bull at a gate is not the best approach.

So what is?

Start by finding common ground instead of going head to head.

Whether your audience is left or right wing, interested in business, charity, history or arts, there are limitless examples.

These examples are to show how a situation they care about can be improved.

Once they see clearly how blockchain can improve something they care about, they will naturally start to see how it can apply to basically everything else

3. Make it simple

You may think that using crypto jargons like; ‘HODL‘ and ‘Satoshi‘ in your first few sentences, when describing BTC sounds awesome, but it doesn’t at all.

Once it’s over their head, you have lost them.

You may not realize where you lost them, because they won’t even tell you how they feel about the whole subject.

Note: When making a point and introducing new words… keep it simple!

Phrases like these ones below cannot be used often enough;

  • Does that make sense?
  • Do you agree?
  • Are you with me?

Make sure your audience is with you at every step of the way, otherwise, you may be scaring them away instead of being convinced.

4. Give them Bitcoin

All the philosophizing, videos and preaching in the world will have little effect compared to getting your clients to invest in either BTC or ETH.

Once your buddy has shown any interest at all, do the following:

  1. Help them create cryptocurrency wallet
  2. Send them either Bitcoin or Ethereum
  3. Get them to send it back to you.

Explain that you just sent money to them like an email, and help them understand that you can send it anywhere in the world 24/7.

Once you follow this process, they will be very much convince that investment is the right way to keep their money growing.

5. Know when to give up

It is easy for us believers to get a bit over enthusiastic when sharing our wisdom, and try to push the issue when others don’t seem to grasp the concept.

If you can tell a discussion is going nowhere, know when to back off.

Not everyone wants to discover the best thing ever right now and sometimes repetition is not key.

It is easy for Bill Gates or Warren Buffet to command attention when they are talking about money, but odds are you don’t have their kind of reputation.

Understanding how you are seen before, during and after your chat will help you in your approach.

Some people just won’t see you as an authority on this subject, and that’s fine.

The important thing to realize here is that, maybe they want a conversation and you may have turned it into a lesson.

How do you convince a client to invest?

Sometimes, it seem crazy that people don’t see how awesome cryptocurrency in general can be.

If you try to convince them with the right tactics, they will succumb and also invest.

In 20 years, convincing people that Bitcoin is a great thing for the world will seem as necessary as, convincing people that the world is round.

In the meantime, sticking to these tips will help you spread the gospel more effectively, as well as help you keep your friends and sanity.

Also check if the person is an adult, otherwise, you can as well teach then how to invest in Bitcoin as a minor.
